Due to a rise in the number of cases in Jones County, we are going to require masks for all JCPS students at this time. Our mask requirement will be effective tomorrow for all students K-12. We will work with students who need masks and may not have them. We will be reasonable as we transition to this requirement and work with parents to secure masks and get them on our students. Thank you.

news
On June 29th, the JCPS Board of Education voted to move the entirety of the 6th grade to Jones Senior High School. All elementary schools in the district will now be PreK through 5th grade. The purpose of this move is to unify the grade spans within the district, provide a streamlined approach to our middle school academic program to better prepare our students for success in high school, and provide a better opportunity for 6th grade students to participate in middle school athletics. Additional information will be forthcoming regarding this transition.
